In this episode, on Christmas Eve, SpongeBob and his friends look back on some of the fun and less-than-jolly Christmas moments. So overall this Spongebob Christmas special will always be my favorite to watch, totally check this out. ' Twas the Night Before Spongemas ' is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode, produced as a stand-alone special for season 13. Its the SpongeBob Christmas Special, Tis the Season to be Jerky At Christmastime in Bikini Bottom, everyones excited except Plankton, who always gets a. Krabs really cracked me up at the end of the song, It's just so good. Last thing I'd like to talk about is that song, GOD IT IS SO CATCHY, I could listen to that tune all day, and Mr. Now I need to talk about Squidward for a minute, I'm gonna be honest, I loved his role in this special, he starts as a not-caring and a grumpy Grinch, not to mention a jackass to Spongebob after the disappointment he faced, but he changed after Spongebob gave him a present and saw how miserable he was, and Squidward became Santa for Spongebob, Patrick and everyone in Bikini Bottom, what a way to change your ways. The Patchy segments were quite entertaining as well, back then I wasn't really fond of them, but nowadays I love them (Once I found out "Tom Kenny" is the actor of Patchy). One thing I loved about this special was the comedy, for example, Patrick's Genie randomness and of course his "Another piece of paper" jokes, they really set me off laughing. When Spongebob is sneaking up on Sandy to try out his latest surprise karate technique, Sandy is taken aback not by his stealth move, but in discovering that SpongeBob doesnt know what a Christmas tree is. The first time I saw this when I was around 3/4 years old and I really enjoyed it so much. The first Christmas Special from Nickelodeon s SpongeBob SquarePants, as well as the first double-length episode. I would all the way pick this as my favorite Christmas special of Spongebob, the Stop-Motion one is cool too, but it doesn't even beat this one. Here, theres a reason for the characters to act like jerks, well, except for Patrick whos still kind of a jerk even without having eaten Planktons fruitcake. So with the big day so close, I've only 2 more Christmas reviews to share with you all, so for our second-last Christmas review, it's once again time to visit our friend from under the sea "Spongebob Squarepants" with my favorite Christmas special from Season 2 "Christmas Who?", Let's take a look!! Seriously, if you haven't seen it, give it a go.CHRISTMAS IS COMING TOMORROW HOLIDAY CHUMS!!!!! I can't believe tomorrow will be Christmas and I'm really excited for it. All-in-all, for Spongebob fans, I think this is worth checking out. Also, the animations are really good as a tribute to Rankin Bass, and even the Patchy segment wasn't anywhere near as painful to sit through as they usually are. It feels more like something you'd expect from season 2 as the jerkish behavior of the citizens is implied to be out-of-character for them despite a boatload of recent episodes proving otherwise. This special more-or-less pretends that every episode leading up to it never happened. The only downside is that, honestly, I wish this had come out earlier. The humor is actually good and while Squidward does get tormented at one point, at least it's the film's antagonist doing it and not one of the protagonists, who the episode would likely want us to believe is in the right. In this episode, SpongeBob spreads Christmas joy around Bikini Bottom. The songs are quite good and actually add to the plot, unlike Atlantis Squarepantis where every single number except for maybe the first one was a complete waste of time and effort. 'Christmas Who' is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season 2. Here, there's a reason for the characters to act like jerks, well, except for Patrick who's still kind of a jerk even without having eaten Plankton's fruitcake. With the series being so mean-spirited from seasons 5 to somewhere in the middle of 9, this was kind of uplifting. Don’t be a jerk(tonium), it’s Christmas When Plankton infiltrates Bikini Bottom with his jerktonium-laced fruitcakes, it’s up to SpongeBob and Sandy to save. Seriously, this was surprisingly charming. In this special, Plankton tries to convince SpongeBob to transform everybody in Bikini Bottom into jerks by feeding them his special jerktonium-laced.
